Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic
Barista
to join our front-of-house team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffee and beverages to our guests while maintaining excellent service standards.
This role may include weekday, evening, and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a range of coffee and espresso-based drinks to a high standard
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
Operate and maintain coffee machines and grinders
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station
Engage warmly with guests and provide knowledgeable recommendations
Handle payments and operate the POS system where required
Assist with stock control and restocking supplies
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
What We Are Looking For
Previous barista experience preferred
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art desirable
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Flexible availability, including weekends
