THE OPPORTUNITY
You will be part of the Rosewood Residences team, a growing global portfolio of branded residential developments designed to enrich everyday living through thoughtful design, meaningful service, and a strong sense of community.
This role reports to the Senior Director, Residential Operations – Global and works in close partnership with on-site residential leaders, global functional teams, and cross

disciplinary partners to support residential projects from pre
‑
opening through stabilization and ongoing operations.

As Talent & Culture Manager, Residences, you play a pivotal role in shaping how culture is experienced across Rosewood’s standalone branded residential developments. From pre

opening through day
‑
to
‑
day operations, you bring Rosewood’s purpose, values, and Relationship Hospitality philosophy to life—building strong teams, enabling leaders, and embedding people practices that allow associates to thrive.
By partnering closely with residential operations and leadership teams, your work directly supports exceptional resident experiences, long
‑
term team engagement, and the continued growth and success of Rosewood Residences globally.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
Bring Rosewood’s philosophy, values, and Relationship Hospitality to life across the full associate lifecycle
Design and deliver onboarding, training, and culture
‑
building experiences tailored to residential environments
Partner with leaders to strengthen engagement, performance, retention, and leadership effectiveness
Support residential teams through pre
‑
opening, stabilization, and transition phases with consistent people and culture practices
Oversee people operations, including benefits and leave administration, payroll coordination, and associate support programs
Ensure compliant, people
‑
centered policies and practices aligned with labor requirements and Rosewood standards
