HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE
Organizational and administrative management during the night shift
Handling guest complaints with understanding and a hospitable approach
Reviewing and processing daily financial closures of all outlets
Ensuring, monitoring, and controlling all safety aspects in cooperation with other night staff
Close collaboration with all hotel departments
COULD THIS BE YOU?
Completed vocational training and relevant work experience in a comparable position
Strong host mentality with a confident and professional demeanor
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with Opera is an advantage
Strong numerical understanding and pronounced business acumen
