HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE
Taking and coordinating orders, as well as discreetly serving food and beverages directly to guest rooms
Preparing and presenting welcome amenities and special touches for our international guests
Ensuring the highest standards in the presentation and service of food, beverages, and amenities
Close collaboration with the kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure a seamless and luxurious guest experience
COULD THIS BE YOU?
Initial experience in room service, gastronomy, or hospitality, and enthusiasm for delivering first-class guest service
Very good spoken and written German and English; additional languages are an advantage
Well-groomed appearance, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver excellent service and remain professional even in demanding situations
