Providing personalized guest service to ensure an exceptional experience
Handling all guest requests in a polite and efficient manner
Managing your own station in our restaurant or winter garden
Adhering to quality and service standards
Ensuring and monitoring hygiene and quality regulations
COULD THIS BE YOU?
Completed vocational training in restaurant or hotel services, plus professional experience in a similar position
A host mentality with a polished and confident demeanor
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, are an advantage
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Flexibility, creativity, and team spirit
High motivation to learn new things and continuously improve
