HOW  YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE
Coverage of food preparation and service times at our Bar and Scharnigarten
Organizing the assigned workstation in the kitchen
Leading the team during the shift and ensuring smooth operations
Preparing mise en place before service
Working in all areas of the kitchen as needed or as instructed by the Sous Chef or Executive Chef
Ensuring that all dishes in the respective section are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes
COULD THIS BE YOU?
Formal culinary training preferred
At least 2 years of experience in luxury hotels or lifestyle restaurants
Well-organized, self-motivated, and a strong team player
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
