THE TEAM
You will be part of the Food & Beverage team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, working closely with the Outlet Manager and partnering with Culinary, Bar, Events, and supporting departments.
This role collaborates
cross-function
ally within the hotel to ensure Rosewood’s service philosophy and experiential standards are consistently delivered across the outlet and all guest touchpoints.
YOUR ROLE
As Assistant Outlet Manager, you will support the operational leadership at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.
You will play a key role in delivering distinctive dining experiences that reflect our Sense of Place philosophy. With a strong presence on the floor, you will curate the extraordinary by creating thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. You will lead through a hands-on and inspiring approach, empowering your team to deliver service at the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
Support the Outlet Manager in the day-to-day operation, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
Curate memorable dining moments through attention to detail,
personalizatio
n, and intuitive service
Act as a visible host on the floor, engaging with guests and creating warm, authentic connection
Lead, coach, and support the outlet team to foster engagement, a
ccountability,
and continuous development
Assist in onboarding, and training team members to ensure strong performance and cultural alignment
Collaborate closely with Culinary, Bar, and supporting departments to deliver consistent and elevated experiences
Uphold and continuously refine SOPs, service rituals, and Rosewood brand standards
Support scheduling, staffing, and operational planning in line with business needs
Oversee stock control, inventory processes, and ordering
Handle guest feedback and complaints with confidence, empathy, and
professionalis

COULD THIS BE YOU?
You have experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within Food & Beverage, ideally in luxury hospitality or resort environments
You bring a strong hands-on leadership style with a guest-focused mindset
You are passionate about service excellence, attention to detail, and creating memorable guest experiences
You have a solid understanding of F&B operations and financial fundamentals
You are an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and lead by example
You are flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
You possess very good English skills; German and additional languages are a strong advantage
