Reporting to the General Manager as part of our leadership team, you will be responsible for running the hotelâs Food & Beverage operation, including restaurant, bar, in-room dining and events. This hands-on leadership role is both operational and strategic, requiring someone who can balance service delivery with administrative responsibilities and collaboration across departments.

If you come from a background in restaurants or hotels, have a passion for creating memorable guest experiences and have experience in banqueting and/or bar operations, together with demonstrated leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.
At least 2 years of experience in the same position in five-star hotels and international hotel chains
Must have spent at least 3 years in the same job in an international hotel chain
