As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the kitchen, driving both operational excellence and culinary innovation. Lead all aspects of the kitchen operation, including food quality, service delivery, and team performance. Translate strategic culinary direction into a consistent, high-quality guest experience. Inspire and develop a high-performing brigade, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration. Manage resources effectively to meet business demands while maintaining the highest standards of preparation and presentation. Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and legislative requirements. Control costs and deliver against financial targets without compromising quality. Build strong relationships across the hotel operation to ensure seamless service delivery. Drive continuous improvement through feedback, innovation, and attention to detail. We are looking for a Head Chef who combines technical excellence with strong leadership capability and a forward-thinking mindset. Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment . Exposure to elevated South Asian cuisine and a strong understanding of complex spices and flavour profiles. A passion for innovation and the ability to evolve a culinary concept in line with strategic direction. Strong communication, and team development skills. The ability to perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Solid commercial acumen, with experience managing costs and driving profitability.
