Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience as a server lead, bar lead, or Food and Beverage Supervisor. Strong beverage knowledge is required, including the ability to step behind the bar and support bartenders as needed. Computer skills are also required. Prior supervisor experience is preferred but not required. Shift Pattern: Open availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required. A Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising the services in Scratch Market to ensure delivery of outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Supervise, support, assign daily work, and train team members in all outlet activities and operations . Demonstrate strong menu knowledge. Monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends. Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control . Maintain cleanliness of the outlet. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, third-party liability, liquor laws and alcohol awareness standards and procedures. Use proper cash handling and accounting procedures to total, process and collect payments from guests. Create revenue-generating promotions. Perform additional duties, as required. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards. Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints. Quality. Dependability. Customer Focus. Adaptability.
