Job Description
A a Sushi Cook you are responsible for producing the Japanese / Sushi section of the kitchen to deliver an excellent Guest experience. As a Sushi Cook, you are responsible for responsible for maintaining and setting up food production and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasoning and all other food items prepared in the different kitchen stations including but not limited to. Operate the sushi section of the kitchen. Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times. Coordinate all preparation and presentation in section.
