The Ambassador position will be directly responsible for the guest's arrival and departure experience in addition to any operational needs as it relates to the specific guest's requests, recommendations and touches including working in the front office, bell and door roles. Provide information and directions for all as requests. Convey messages and arrivals to Front Desk and various LCR departments. Be in contact with Loss Prevention regarding questionable activity. Daily Guests arriving for meetings, conventions, trade shows, etc. Deliveries to the Resort - Loading Dock, etc. Site visits by prospective customers/guests for future meetings, weddings, etc. Deliveries - direct to proper area - Loading Dock, et. Visitors of Guests - evaluate legitimacy and provide direction. Make a judgment call on all Vistas residence construction trucks - encourage oversized trucks to use Camp Bullis entry. Quality.
