ホテルにおけるスチュワード業務全般を統括し、厨房およびF&B部門を支える重要な役割です。. スチュワード部門全体のオペレーション管理. 食器・調理器具・厨房設備の管理およびメンテナンス. 備品・消耗品の在庫管理および発注業務. キッチンおよびF&B部門との連携. スチュワードスタッフの指導・育成およびチームマネジメント. 安全・衛生基準の維持および改善活動. コスト管理および業務効率の最適化. Oversee overall stewarding operations. Manage and maintain tableware, kitchen utensils, and kitchen equipment. Supervise cleaning operations and ensure compliance with hygiene standards, including HACCP. Manage inventory and ordering of supplies and consumables. Coordinate with Kitchen and Food & Beverage departments. Train, develop, and lead the stewarding team. Maintain and continuously improve safety and hygiene standards. Control costs and drive operational efficiency. 応募資格. 高卒以上. ホテルまたはレストランでのスチュワードまたは関連業務経験. スーパーバイザーまたはリーダー経験歓迎. 衛生管理（HACCPなど）に関する知識. 在庫管理およびコスト管理の実務経験. チームをリードできるリーダーシップ. 高い責任感と安全・衛生意識. 他部署と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション能力. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in stewarding or related roles within a hotel or restaurant environment. Supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage. Knowledge of hygiene management standards, including HACCP. Practical experience in inventory control and cost management. Proven leadership ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong sense of responsibility with a high level of safety and hygiene awareness. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
