Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager builds all digital marketing content initiatives, across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, reach and visibility of the hotel and build positive customer behavior. They are Responsible for shaping audience engagement and retention strategies, and are an expert in all things related to content and channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation and localization, analytics and meaningful measurement. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards. Responsible for day-to-day management of all hotels’ social communities and all content published on online channels across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Agoda, Google My Business, brand.com, Local Language Sites, microsites as well as emerging platforms. Actively source, plan and develop new content opportunities or initiatives across platforms and channels, as well as emerging media platforms and social media to increase channel distribution and exposure for all areas of the hotel, such as but not limited to Rooms, F&B, Wellness and Events. Support Marketing Manager in content and asset development for all marketing collaterals, campaigns and key initiatives using HW brand portals and internal platforms (e.g. HiltonART, markIT) . Champion of the property’s Social Media. Handle the property’s email marketing (CRM platforms, automated campaigns). Website content and UX optimization. Engage customers directly through online channels by crafting and posting appropriate responses to user reviews on social touch points to foster positive community and add value to guests’ experience . Work with hotels’ internal stakeholders on formulating responses to sensitive reviews. Editing and drafting of required copy for marketing collaterals. Provide support in understanding customer review trends and recommend action plans to further improve service level and recovery. Maintain, optimize and track overall social content calendar via collaboration with relevant stakeholders, for all hotels within the cluster. Work closely with Marketing team for prompt delivery of project and/or campaign marketing assets. Handle email marketing channels and necessary content submissions, including ensuring email tests are approved and deployed promptly. Ensure consistent and accurate delivery of overall social media marketing plan developed across platforms for all hotels and increase social media engagement rates with targeted customer segments as a result of above said responsibilities. Ensure content is relevant to SEO and content best practice guidelines. Work closely and assist in all campaign asset media requirements as needed. Responsible for all campaign or individual promotion to be fed through to all owned and third-party channels. Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned. A Digital Marketing Manager serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. Teamwork: We are team players in everything we do. At least 5 years of working experience in digital marketing for international brand hotels. Proven track record in: Running digital campaigns (SEM, social, display), increasing website traffic and direct bookings and managing agency partners. Ability to manage external agencies and vendors. Experience with performance metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics, booking engine dashboards). Basic photography skills whether using a phone or DSLR. Knowledge in SEO related software and platforms and UX. Experience working with Sprinklr, Meta Business or a similar platform. Organized, detail-oriented and good administrative skill. Good creative skills with basic knowledge on Adobe Photoshop/AI & video editing. Fluent in spoken and written English, as well as Bahasa Melayu and Chinese to meet business needs. Strategic, creative and flexible.
