ホテルのエントランスおよびロビーにて、お客様のお出迎えからご滞在中のサポートまで幅広くご担当いただきます。. お荷物の搬送および客室へのご案内. タクシーや配送手配などのサポート業務. ロビー周辺の整備・管理. 他部門(フロント・コンシェルジュ等)との連携. Assist with luggage handling and escort guests to their rooms. Provide information about guest rooms and hotel facilities. Assist with arranging taxis and delivery services. Maintain and manage the lobby area. Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Concierge, etc.). Deliver services in accordance with brand standards. 応募資格. 接客業の経験(業界不問). コミュニケーション能力の高い方. 英語での接客対応が可能な方(その他言語も歓迎). 明るく丁寧な対応ができる方. Experience in customer service (any industry). Strong communication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and handle luggage. Previous experience in a hotel environment is preferred. Ability to provide guest service in English (additional languages are a plus). Strong sense of hospitality. Positive attitude with a courteous and professional demeanor.
