Ideal candidate has open availability and at least one year of Food & Beverage supervisor experience in a restaurant or lounge setting. Luxury hotel experience is highly preferred. Seeking someone who takes initiative and who is positive and open-minded. Assists manager in oversight of the activities of the restaurant/lounge. Assists manager to ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality and service.
