The Kitchen Host is the master of both the Assembly Kitchen (back of house) and the Guest Gallery Kitchen (front of house), ensuring guests enjoy their travel experience by preparing and serving delicious meals. He/she can easily communicate with our guests, making a connection and taking pride in a well-presented entrée.
The Kitchen Host is responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen, including dishes, flatware and related equipment. Must ensure the kitchen is clean, orderly and sanitized. Must prepare quality food in a safe and efficient manner complying with proper food handling techniques. Must operate a dish machine properly following training.
