About the Role

Hyatt Place Santa Cruz is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our Housekeeping team.

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you play an important role in delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest. Your attention to detail and consistency help maintain the high standards our hotel is known for.


Responsibilities


  • Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards

  • Change linens, make beds, and ensure rooms are fresh and guest-ready

  • Restock guest room supplies such as soap, shampoo, and towels

  • Organize your linen closet and maintain your housekeeping cart

  • Prepare your cart and supplies for the next day before the end of each shift

  • Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude
